General event signup instructions |

There are a number of ways to signup for a TCSG event:
- Signup online here. You must be logged in first. If you do not yet have an account, you may create one here.
- You may signup at any TCSG even either golf or social. Our mingles are a great way to learn about TCSG, its upcoming events, and signup for these events.
- You may signup at the same time you make a payment by including the event name in the comment field of the check.
Paying for an event
Event payments must be made by check. Bring a check payable to "TCSG" with you to the course of the event you have signed up for and give to the Event Coordinator when checking in. This is the preferred payment method. Your sign up online is your confirmation for the event.

Important!
- You must bring a separate check for each event
- A fee of $20 will be assessed on all returned checks
Canceling
To cancel a signup, send email to signup@tcsg.us with subject "Cancel signup" and include the event name and date and your name.
Please review our event policies for further information including cancellations, refunds and rain-outs.
General Payment Policies by Event Type
Regular Golf Events
(Saturday and Sunday 18-hole golf events)

Confirmation: Your signup online is your confirmation. You must sign up in advance before the event is closed.
Payment must be by check payable to TCSG and given to the Event Coordinator at the course/event you have signed up for.
Tee-times are posted on the web site 3-5 days prior to the event. You must be signed in in order to see the tee times.

9'n Dine events
(Friday and Sunday)
|
Confirmation is at the discretion of the event coordinator, with members given priority.
Payment is made to the golf course upon arrival at the event. In addition, a small fee is paid to the event coordinator at the same time. See the event description for details.
Tee times are assigned at the course or as desired by the event coordinator.

Weekend Events
|
Confirmation requires a down-payment or payment in full.
Payment must be made to TCSG by the deadline stated in the event description. Typically, a down payment is required to confirm a reservation followed by payment in full prior to the stated deadline.
Lodging assignments and tee-times for golf events are at the discretion of the event coordinator.
