Procedures for enabling cookies in Internet Explorer

To enable cookies in Internet Explorer:

1. In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu, and then click the Privacy tab.

3. Click on the Sites button
4. 
5. Enter tcsg.us in the Address of web site field, and click Allow
6. Click OK and close the dialogs

If this does not immediately allow you to login, try closing all browser windows and restarting the browser then trying again
