FORE! Golf isn't just for summers anymore. The 3rd Annual Skyway Open will be held on February 27 and February 28th, 2009, to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities. For details on 'How to Sign up' go to http://www.skywayopen.org/ This 18-hole scramble mini-golf tournament will feature professionally designed golf holes by leading Minneapolis-based architects set up throughout the downtown skyway system. Each participant will be given a round of golf, free admission to the 19th Hole, gift-bag, and have the opportunity to participate in a raffle and compete for prizes. FRIDAY (8:00 am - 8:00 pm) SATURDAY (10:00 am - 4:00 pm) SHOTGUN STARTS Every 2 hours If you register as a single, you will be grouped. If you want to be grouped with someone in particular, you should include the person's name in the optional comments section when you register. On Friday, February 27, the cost is $140 per foursome, which includes 4 tickets to the 19th Hole party held on Friday evening. On Saturday, February 28, the cost is $20 per adult and $5 per child The 19th Hole Celebration will be held after Friday's round of golf. The 19th Hole will be free for the golfers, complete with entertainment, drink specials, food, music and plenty of socializing. This will be the place to be following an afternoon of golf.
