Outing Guidelines
Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your tee time.
Check in with the Coordinator (listed above) outside the clubhouse.
If you need to cancel or will be arriving late, contact the Coordinator.
If you cancel or arrive too late, we cannot offer refunds as TCSG has already paid for your tee time.

Golf Format
Unless otherwise stated, we play an optional Shamble format. In Shamble format, on par 4's and par 5's, everyone tees off. Then, as a group, you choose the best drive from which everyone hits their second shot. Each player then plays their own ball through the rest of the hole. On Par 3 holes, each player plays their own ball for the entire hole.
This format allows us to keep play moving---no need to rehit in case of a lost ball, etc. However, you do have the option of playing your own ball as long as you keep pace with the group ahead of you. We are a fun golf group and do want to give people the opportunity to golf and socialize while maintaining a speed of play that respects other golfers.
Etiquette Reminders
Tee times are pre-assigned. Please do not ask the coordinator to switch your assigned tee time.
When playing a Shamble format, hit only one ball from the tee box.
Seriously limit the time you spend searching for your balls and hunting abandoned balls.
Always pick up your ball if you reach a score of double par on a hole.
Keep up speed of play in respect to other foursomes and the course. Never let the group in front of you be a complete hole ahead.
